Daily Room Rates : Are inclusive of ABF, 10% service charge and applicable VAT

Remark : For 2 Bedroom suite type

• Single rate inclusive of 2 ABF
• Twin rate inclusive of 4 ABF
• Internet / Walk-in rate inclusive of maximum 4 ABF
• Additional person for breakfast Baht 350++ per person (50% off for children under 120 cm.)

Extra Bed :

• Charge at Baht 700.- net per bed per night includes ABF.

Extra person charge (without extra bed) :

• Adult at Baht 400.- net per person per night inclusive of ABF, 10% service charge & VAT
• Child at Baht 300.- net per person per night inclusive of ABF, 10% service charge & VAT

Supplement Surcharge :

• Studio room : Baht 400.- net per room per night
• 1 Bedroom Suite : Baht 400.- net per room per night
• 2 Bedroom Suite : Baht 800.- net per room per night

Will be applied following period :

• Songkran 12 – 16 April 2024
• Christmas & New Year 30 December 2024 – 3 January 2025

Maximum number of guests in each room type :

• Studio Suite :   2 adults + 1 child under 12 years or 3 adults
• 1 BR Suite :   2 adults + 2 child under 12 years or 3 adults
• 2 BR Suite :   4 adults + 2 child under 12 years or 6 adults

Monthly Package Rates :
Are net inclusive of ABF for 1 person
water, limit of electricity consumptions, internet 7% service charge and VAT per month

Remark :Limit of Electricity consumption

• Studio Baht 1,500.- net per month
• 1 BR Baht 1,700.- net per month
• 2 BR Baht 2,700.- net per month
• 3 BR Baht 4,500.- net per month

The exceed of electricity consumption will be charged at Baht 5.- plus VAT per unit

Deposit & Advance :

• Deposit : 2 months deposit
• Advance : 1 month advance

Water and Electricity :

• Water : Baht 30.00 per unit plus VAT
• Electricity : Baht 5.00 per unit plus VAT

Monthly Laundry :

• 90 pieces at Baht 1,300.- plus VAT per month
• 120 pieces at Baht 1,800.- plus VAT per month
• Additional piece will be charged at Baht 20.- plus VAT

Monthly ABF :

• At Bath 6,000.- net inclusive of 10% service charge and VAT per person

Monthly Internet :

• At Bath 1,200.- plus VAT
